This ascent will help you create physical condition, acclimatize your body to activity above 4,000 masl, and will serve as a diagnosis to know how much training you need for the following challenges or if you are ready for the next one.

Itinerary
06:00 hrs. We left Mexico City.
08:00 hrs. We arrive at "Parque de los Venados" we begin the hike through the forest
09:00 hrs. We reach the base of the volcano, and begin the ascent to the lagoons
10:30 hrs. We arrive at "La Laguna del Sol"
11:00 hrs. We begin our ascent to the summit.
12:30 hrs. We get to the Cross (El campanario)
13:00 hrs. We begin the descent.
14:00 hrs. We arrived at the Laguna de la Luna.
15:30 hrs. We return to the vehicles through the forest.
16:30 hrs. We arrive at the deer park and eat.
17:30 - 20:00 hrs. we come back to Mexico City
